DESCRIPTION
Citibank’s Featured Card Page was underperforming and not meeting industry standards. The goal of the redesign was to boost conversions on this key acquisition page, which serves as a primary driver for over 20% of Citi’s account volume, by creating an engaging, streamlined experience that highlights multiple Citi card products.
ROLE
As Creative Director, I led a cross-functional team of designers and copywriters in collaboration with the Strategy department. We began with a competitive analysis to shape the design, content strategy, and information architecture. I guided the creative vision, facilitated internal and client-facing presentations, and worked closely with the team to bring this vision to life.
