CITIBANK FEATURED CARD PAGE REDESING
DESCRIPTION
Citibank’s Featured Card Page design and functionality were falling below industry standards. The redesign objective was to increase conversion of one of Citi’s key acquisition pages, serving as a catch-all for multiple Citi card products and driving over 20% of account volume.
ROLE
I worked as the Creative Director for this project. Along with the Strategy department, the team performed a competitive analysis to inform design solutions, content strategy, and information architecture. I led a collaborative team of designers and copywriters that helped bring the vision to life. I was also responsible for internal and client-facing presentations.

This project helped position Citibank as a leader in marketing transformation by modernizing a key acquisition page, while also positioning them as an industry leader.
